At The Grocer, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing the highest quality products and service.

  1. Fresh & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the item has been delivered or picked up, except in cases of:

  • Damaged or spoiled items at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect items received

If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

  1. Non-Perishable & Packaged Items

Returns for non-perishable or packaged goods may be accepted if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
  • The return request is made within 3 days of purchase or delivery

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  1. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method;  within 3–5 business days.
